✅Follow Up with Customers:
After you get a customer, wouldn't it be awesome if they would be as excited as you and research about the oils, how to use them, what other oils would be good to add to their lifestyle?
Yes, that would be awesome.
It rarely happens that way.
Especially now that life keeps going faster and faster.
As a Wellness Advocate ( if you want to keep the customer ) they need to feel confident about how to use the oils and how the oils can change their lives.
Following up with them by sending an email and asking questions, engaging with them on social media are some simple ways to follow up with your customer.
Do you have a system for that?
✅ Educate Customers :
This goes right along with follow up but takes it a step farther.
Do they know about ALL the benefits of the oils?
If you look at it this way, did they come to your class or webinar taking notes? Paying close attention to every detail?
No Really.. as Wellness Advocates, we usually conduct our business like our customers KNOW WHAT TO DO.
It is your job to offer continued support. If you want to boost volume, the best way is to get a customer on LRP. The only way to do this is with good education.
We want our customers to get lasting benefits right?
Then we need to operate our business to support them in that process.
✅ Have a System for your team
Having a system will boost your volume month after month. Well, maybe we should get more specific. Having a PROVEN SYSTEM that works will boost your volume month after month.
Do you know how to find out if your system is proven and working? Look at your volume. Does it go up every month ?
If not, it is time to look at setting up something to help get things streamlined. You may be like many of the oil camp users we have worked with in the past, that don't have the time to spend on "creating a system."
